The following information about the schedule is for your reference:

Day 1- January 30, 2026

14:00-17:00 Participants are supposed to sign in at the conference venue and collect all the conference materials at the registration counter on this day. 

Day 2- January 31, 2026

09:00-09:10 Opening Ceremony

09:10-12:00 Keynote Speakers

12:00-14:00 Lunch (Break Time)

14:00-18:00 Parallel Sessions ( Oral & Poster Presentations )

Day 3- February 1, 2026

09:00-18:00 Academic Investigation

Oral Presentation Instruction:

1. Presentation Time: Each presenter is allocated 10 minutes total. Please strictly adhere to this time limit to ensure your presentation and any discussion are completed within the allotted period.

2. File Submission: Please submit your presentation PPT file in advance to your assigned conference secretary. Ensure the file has been successfully copied onto the conference computer. It is strongly recommended to also back up your PPT file to your personal email for accessibility in case of temporary file access issues.

3. Technical Support: The meeting room is equipped with an LCD projector, screen, laser pointer, microphone, and a laptop computer (pre-installed with Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Reader). Please ensure your file is compatible with the operating system and uses universally available fonts and symbols to avoid display problems.

4. Video Files: If your PPT includes embedded videos, please verify the video format compatibility in advance and ensure the video files are correctly linked to the main PPT file.


Poster Presentation Instruction:

1. Maximum poster size is 59.4 CM wide by 84.1 CM high(A1). 

2. Posters are required to be condensed and attractive. The characters should be large enough so that they are visible from 1 meter apart. 

3. Please note that during your poster session, the author should stay by your poster paper to explain and discuss your paper with visiting delegates.
